Moxsafe consists of a stainless steel ring-shaped moxa carrier and a mugwort carbon ring. Moxsafe is placed on the end of a metal acupuncture needle handle where it is light.

Each Moxsafe burns for 6 mins. The solid ash remains safely on the moxa carrier and not on the patient's body.

After a cooling down period, the Moxsafe is removed and disposed of with the metal acupuncture needle.

Each box contains 20 individual Moxsafe carbon rings.
